Stuck, spotted something that looks wrong, or want to get at your data? Write to us and a human will answer.

Write to the address below. We normally reply within two working days. Tell us what you were doing when it went wrong and which phone you use — that usually halves the number of rounds.

Can't get in? Request a new sign-in email on the login page. Your account is tied to your email address.
Want to change your email address? Write to support and we'll move the account for you without losing your history.
Subscription and payment
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your receipts are in the email you got when you subscribed.
You can cancel in the app under Settings. Cancelling takes effect from the next period — you keep access until the current one ends.
Your data
You can export everything you've entered, and delete your account, directly in the app under Settings.
Deleting removes your data permanently. If you just want a break, simply stop using the app — we don't sell your data and we don't send reminders you didn't ask for.
Numbers that look wrong
kaliba shows its work: tap a number and the calculation unfolds. If it still looks wrong we want to know — a screenshot helps.
